Soundingboard group (klankbordgroep)
In order to establish an annual activity program that meets wishes and needs of our membership, we need input from our target groups. In order to get this input, we have asked a small group of alumni to support us with their feedback, by annually filling out a survey (2 minutes).
The survey asks about current themes in your private and work life and about current professional interests and activities. Not only will Bekader use this feedback to develop activity programs but also share the results of the survey(s) with our constituency.
This is how it works: If you let us know you want to contribute as member of the Klankbordgroep, we will send you an email invite with a link to the initial survey. After you have filled out the initial survey, you are invited to join our hidden and closed LinkedIn-group. This allows you to abandon the group at any time and at your disgression. As long as you are a member of the LinkedIn-group, we will ask you to fill out our annual survey (2 minutes). The invite will be sent every year in september.
